Amjad previously served as Procurement Manager for strategic national energy reserves in Oman, he oversaw international supply chains, multi-stakeholder logistics, and high-value equipment sourcing across complex regulatory environments. He also serves as Partner and Head of Procurement, Contracts & Capital Projects at Kannaplan (www.kannaplan.com), where he leads vendor qualification, capital cost control, and contract execution for regulated commercial developments. His ability to align commercial strategies with complex engineering specifications makes him a key asset for expanding AICCI’s footprint.
In his new role as Regional Director for Middle East and Africa, Amjad Noor will lead AICCI’s strategic initiatives to connect regional business networks, facilitate foreign direct investment, and streamline cross-border trade operations.
