The Africa International Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AICCI) is committed to fostering an environment of integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect. Our Code of Conduct outlines the principles and standards that guide the behavior and decisions of all members, affiliates, and partners of the AICCI. By adhering to these principles, we aim to uphold the highest standards of business ethics and promote sustainable economic growth across Africa.

  • Fair Practice: Ensure that all business activities are conducted fairly, avoiding deceptive practices or misrepresentations.

  • Harassment-Free Environment: Maintain a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Legal Compliance: Adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Anti-Corruption: Engage in practices that prevent corruption, bribery, and other unethical behaviors.
