Dr. Al Nuaimi brings over 15 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, performance management, and leadership across various sectors, including energy, utilities, government, and corporate consulting. As the Vice President and Managing Director of Dynamic Facilities Management and Consultancy, he has honed his expertise in steering organizations toward operational excellence and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
His academic background, including a Master’s in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Abu Dhabi University, underpins his analytical and methodical approach to business leadership. Dr. Al Nuaimi’s leadership philosophy revolves around strategic vision, innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, all of which will be instrumental as he takes on the role of Regional Director at AICCI.
In his new role, Dr. Al Nuaimi will lead efforts to strengthen the relationship between the GCC region and Africa, fostering cross-border collaboration, trade, and investment. His profound understanding of the GCC’s economic landscape, coupled with his strategic foresight, positions him to create meaningful partnerships between African and Gulf enterprises.

Dr. Al Nuaimi’s role at AICCI will focus on promoting bilateral and multilateral agreements between African nations and the GCC. His bilingual fluency in English and Arabic will also play a crucial role in bridging communication gaps, ensuring that business opportunities are fully realized across the GCC region and Africa.
